Who we are looking for:
As an Experience Designer Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the multidisciplinary team in solving problems ranging from interfaces to new business models. You will learn how to bring concepts to reality through prototyping and implementation while managing the workflow of design processes and tracking multiple projects.
What you’ll do:
Designing systems, products, services, and interfaces
Generating concepts
Conducting research
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Tracking multiple projects
Tracking trends and technology
Who you are:
Passion and desire to pursue a career in a related field (psychology, HCI, UCD, digital media, liberal arts)
Design thinking skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills are a plus
UX/UI, service design or similar skills with emphasis on visual design
Familiarity with design software and associated workflows
Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, and technology
Attention to detail and willingness to ask questions
Flexibility; enjoys a fast-paced environment with lots of change
Interest in digital and technology required
What you’ll need:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma, or other design tools
Understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
Experience with data visualization and analytics
Passion for innovation and creativity
