Responsabilidades:
- Reclutamiento: Ayudar en la publicación de ofertas, revisión de currículums y coordinación de entrevistas
- Proceso de Onboarding
- Gestión de Desempeño: Apoyar en la implementación y seguimiento del programa.
- Eventos Corporativos: Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de actividades.
- Aprendizaje directo de la CPO.
- Experiencia en diversos procesos de recursos humanos.
- Ambiente dinámico en una empresa grande.
- Estudiante de último de carrera de Psicología, administración de empresas.
- Interés en desarrollarse en recursos humanos.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización.
