Manager to assist in delivering exceptional media campaigns for our clients. You are someone with a strong understanding of digital media operations and a passion for driving performance across various channels. You’re a team player who can collaborate effectively with media strategists, analysts, and other cross functional department team members. What You'll Do: Conduct daily campaign check-ins to ensure all required campaigns are live, paused, or ended as needed. Manage digital platform spend and pacing, re-allocating unspent dollars based on calculations, performance, and business objectives. Develop Platform Trafficking Sheets by interpreting requirements briefs within the parameters of specific platforms, campaigns, and objectives. Provide recommendations to the analytics team and Media Strategist for changes within bid strategies, audiences, and creatives. Upload and edit digital campaigns within Digital Media Platforms (Meta Business Manager, DV360, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more). Utilize and understand large data dumps to upload, change, and create campaigns through bulk processes. Navigate through all digital platforms required to service a client. Identify platform optimization needs and work with Media Strategists and/or Associate Media Director to level-set performance. Interpret and execute media optimization roadmaps across channels, independently from direct reports. Who You Are: Minimum 3 years experience within digital media, agency experience preferred understanding of digital media buying, trafficking, and pacing across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social channels. An individual with strong self-management and time management skills. Someone with professional and proactive communication skills. Someone with strong Excel spreadsheet experience. What You'll Need: Proven experience in planning and managing digital media campaigns. Proficiency in digital media platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Programmatic DSPs, Google Ads, Prisma, and other media planning tools as examples Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What we offer:
