What We’re Looking For: VML is seeking a Senior Media Manager to manage a large media accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality digital media deliverables that meet client expectations. This individual will organize and prioritize digital media workflows, leveraging their expertise across various media channels, with a focus on digital and emerging platforms. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration both internally and externally, and the candidate will also serve as a mentor, guiding team members in the media buying and planning process. What You’ll Do: Organize, prioritize, and manage workflow related to digital media planning, buying, execution, and campaign performance evaluation. Oversee the advertising budget, ensuring proper execution of media plans and monitoring buys. Execute direct media buys with partners, negotiating rates and securing premium placements. Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to deliver integrated campaigns. Who You Are: Passionate about digital and emerging media with a strong understanding of the digital advertising industry's infrastructure systems. A strong communicator and analytical thinker. Proficient in using third-party ad serving tools (e.g., DART) and media research tools (e.g., MRI, Nielsen, comScore). Experienced in advanced digital media reporting and analytics. Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with outside vendors and clients. Exceptional in verbal, written, and presenting skills. Adaptable and able to work well under pressure with attention to detail. What You’ll Need: Experience in digital media strategy and planning & buying Familiarity with media tools such as Nielsen, MRI, DCM, Prisma, Meta Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads Manager Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
