Who we are looking for :
VML is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Producer to join our Creative Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality live-action video and photography content across all platforms, working with both internal teams and external production partners. You will be a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional work on time and within budget.
What you'll do :
Production Management :
- Lead the production process from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, casting, location scouting, crew hiring, shoot production, post-production, and final delivery.
- Develop and manage production budgets of varying scales, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage external production partners, including crew, directors, production companies, and photographers
- Oversee all aspects of production logistics, including travel, accommodation, equipment rentals, and permits.
- Manage client expectations and communication throughout the production process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure all legal and rights clearances are obtained for all production elements.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
