Here’s where you come in: You're an organized, detail-oriented campaign orchestrator with a gift for creating and implementing tools, technology and processes. You'll take the lead on planning, coordinating and executing a brand's social strategy, content and programs.
Responsibilities: Plan, execute and oversee social media campaigns, including user-generated content (UGC), influencer programs and real-time activations Create and oversee the management of social media content calendars and publishing Conduct and oversee the monitoring, assessment and responses to social media mentions, replies and comments. Develop real-time and long-term guidance on how and when the brand should respond to current events, online trends and potential controversies or threats Direct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to guide a brand's strategic decisions Keep a pulse on current events, online trends and potential controversies or threats relevant to the brand, and provide guidance on how and when the brand should respond Onboard and train junior team members Use, choose and train others on social media management software (SMMS) tools and processes
Skills & experience: 4-7 years of social marketing experience Strong ability to effectively communicate, influence and interact with clients Experience leading projects and overseeing the work of others Advanced understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others Ability to collaborate effectively within a team Strong communication and presentation skills Experience with Sprinklr is a plus Experience and interest in armed forces is a plus The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
