VMP Healthcare and Community Living is looking for a Communication Center Operator to join our team!
You will perform a variety of duties relative to operation of the facility's emergency response notification system, communications and paging systems. Reception duties include direction and information services provided to residents, associates and visitors in a fast-paced environment.

2nd Shift (Additional hourly compensation for 2nd Shift & Weekends)
Schedule: Five days per week, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibility Overview:
- Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and politely, and direct calls to the appropriate person for response and/or take full information for messages.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional relationship with others during phone or in person communications.
- Page staff, residents and others as directed, projecting a calm and professional image during announcements.
- Responsible for primary and immediate notification of all emergency responders (Fire, Rescue, Nursing, Safety/Security, etc.)
