Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, following individualized care plans to enhance mobility, function, and overall well-being.
Pay: Starting at $48/hr. based on requirements and like experience
Sign on Bonus $5,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic and functional status.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and equipment usage.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff as required.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (homecare experience preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle (as required by state/organization).
- Current CPR certification.
