**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Benefits/Leave Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs and leave policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in benefits administration and leave management required
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to benefits and leave required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer various employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Coordinate open enrollment processes and communicate benefit options to employees
- Process benefit changes, enrollments, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding benefits
- Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA, disability, and other related programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing benefits and leave administration
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and improve processes
