Hospice LPN, per diem, prior Hospice training & experience required
Position Summary: Provides patient care which will include supportive care, physical care, pain management care, preventive care and personal care to maximize the comfort and health of terminally ill patients and their families.
Experience:
Hospice experience required
Minimum of 2 years general med/surg nursing with at least 1 year in an acute setting preferred
Demonstrates ability to respond appropriately to the needs of patients and families in varied environments
