Per Diem Hospice Spiritual Counselor/Chaplain, up to 40 hour per week
Worcester / Leominster area
Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring that the spiritual needs of patients, family members, and hospice team members are addressed.
Education:
Graduate of a School of Divinity, Seminary or Theological School with special training in pastoral care.
1 Unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required..
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience working in the medical field and/or health care setting.
Understanding of Hospice philosophy and practice.
