Job Summary
VNA Care is looking for Per Visit Registered Nurses (RNs) to conduct home health visits in and around Concord, Acton, and Carlisle. The ideal candidate should have experience in home health and with Oasis E.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in home health and working with Oasis E
- Ability and willingness to travel within a designated territory
Responsibilities
- Conduct home health visits within the specified areas
- Customize work schedule by choosing full days, half days, or specific visit times
- Attend a comprehensive orientation program, including classroom training and on-the-job learning with a preceptor
- Utilize the Home Care Home Base EMR system for documentation
- Manage time effectively and ensure accurate Oasis documentation
Additional Information
- Flexible scheduling options available between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, Saturday to Sunday
- Orientation is fully paid, with a structured training program ranging from classroom sessions to fieldwork with a preceptor
- Candidates are encouraged to provide their availability for training with a preceptor and educator
