What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/Per Visit- Home Health- Needham position at VNA Care?
VNA Care is seeking Per Visit Registered Nurses (RNs) for Home Health Visits for weekday or weekend hours. The position offers per visit rates with paid mileage and orientation. Home Health and Oasis experience is required.
Flexible scheduling options are available between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, Saturday to Sunday. Work full weeks, a few days, or a few hours based on your availability and preferences.
Needham teams cover visits in:
- Team 1: Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Dover, Westwood, Walpole, Norwood, Norfolk
- Team 2: Franklin, Wrentham, N. Attleboro, Foxboro, Mansfield, Bridgewater, Braintree, Halifax, Hanson, Hanover, Hingham, Cohasset, Scituate, Marshfield, Duxbury
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of acute care or med surg experience
- Ability and willingness to travel within a designated territory
- Experience managing patient-specific health concerns such as COPD, CHF, Diabetes, Stroke, and Cancer
- Proficiency in working with wounds vacs, catheters, ostomies, staple/suture removal, and phlebotomy
- EMR experience
