Job Summary
VNA Care is seeking a Per Visit Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for the Southborough/Metrowest Team. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapeutic care to patients and families, focusing on restoring, promoting, or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
Qualifications
- Master of Science Degree with a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech and Language Pathology from an Accredited program.
- Home Health experience required.
Responsibilities
- Work any hours between Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.
- Manageable geographic service areas.
- Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide education to patients and their families on techniques for improving communication and swallowing skills.
