Qualifications
- Active and valid MA PT license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Willingness to travel within designated geographic areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home health visits on weekends.
- Collaborate with a preceptor during a 6-8 week orientation period.
- Learn and apply Case Management, Oasis E documenting, Time Management, and EMR system - particularly Home Care Home Base.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
