Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education
- A current Social Work License/Certification through the Kentucky Board of Social Work
- At least one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting or home care environment
- CPR certification
