The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to lead and coordinate our mobile medical clinic program. This unique role blends clinical expertise with program coordination, offering essential healthcare services to underserved populations throughout the community. The ARNP will serve as both the primary clinician and program coordinator, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Duties :
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including chronic illness assessment, acute care, memory screenings, and health risk assessments.
- Conduct back-to-school and sports physicals for children.
- Offer first aid station support at community events.
- Deliver community health education, patient education, and preventative care services.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialized medical care and community resources.
