The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 45 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Registered Nurses in Hernando County and surrounding areas.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing an initial assessment of the patient to determine home care needs, developing and implementing a plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model
