The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast is seeking an LPN to work with our Hospice Team as part of our Continuous Home Care team. This position will provide skilled nursing care following an initial assessment and development of a care plan by an RN.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN
- Hospice experience required but will consider long term care experience working with Hospice patients.
