- Obtains physicians' signatures or other requested information on documents.
- Logs documents.
- Makes and receives telephone calls, as assigned.
- Accompanies field staff.
- Delivers and moves documentation and other items, as assigned.
- Assists with equipment maintenance.
- Relieves staff in other facilities, Regions, Programs or departments, as assigned.
- Provides translation and escort services as assigned.
- Escorts nurses during visits in high-risk areas.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid driver's license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs required
- High School Diploma or GED or 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Basic reading and computation skills required
- Ability to file, alpha and numeric preferred
