* Deliver high-quality rehabilitation therapy services to patients in their homes or care facilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop tailored therapy programs
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
* Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New York State
* Minimum one year of experience in occupational therapy or completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
