JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
The Data Quality Specialist Lead will coordinate, monitor, and mentor Data Quality Specialists, and train all program staff on HMIS data entry and report generation (including Housing Specialists and Case Managers). The position requires a combination of administrative and training duties as well as performance of HMIS duties of data entry, required monthly reporting, periodic reporting to funder, and generating reports from HMIS data showing program performance as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train Data Quality Specialists on entire system, train program staff on their data entry responsibilities.
- Monitor performance of Data Quality team, and data entry by other program staff
Audit and review data entry for accuracy.
Assists with program funder audits and monitoring visits;
