SUMMARY
The Infor SyteLine Developer will work closely with IT, operations, finance, and production teams to enhance and optimize ERP functionality, focusing specifically on the on-premise SyteLine implementation. This role involves developing, customizing, and supporting Infor SyteLine, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development & Customization: Design and implement custom IDOs, Forms, and Scripts within SyteLine to meet business needs.
- Modify SyteLine Mongoose Framework components, including form extensions and user-defined tables.
- Develop stored procedures, triggers, and functions in SQL Server for ERP data processing and optimization.
- Extend SyteLine capabilities using .NET (C# or VB) for custom applications or integrations.
- Integration & Data Management: Develop and maintain API integrations between SyteLine and third-party systems (CRM, WMS, MES, EDI, etc.).
- Implement Infor ION workflows and middleware for seamless connectivity. Manage data imports, exports, and migrations, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and optimize SSRS reports, Crystal Reports, and Infor BIRST analytics.
- Create dashboards and queries for business decision-making. Enhance SyteLine Factory Track and Shop-Trak reporting for real-time production visibility.
- ERP Support & Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, and performance tuning.
- Document technical solutions and best practices to support internal IT teams.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience (10 years).
- 3-5 years of experience as a developer with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial), ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, indexing) and hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine and Infor Mongoose Framework for customizations.
- Expertise in .NET development (C# or VB.NET) and experience developing and troubleshooting IDOs, Forms, and Business Objects.
- Experience with Infor ION, APIs, and web services.
- Proficiency in SSRS and Crystal Reports for reporting.
- Experience supporting a Microsoft environment locally and in the cloud.
- Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Experience developing and implementing standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
- Familiarity with Infor Factory Track, Shop-Trak, and APS is beneficial.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and basic networking concepts is preferred.
