We are looking for qualified candidates responsible for the safe and efficient operation of moderately complex, computer-operated, and high-speed machinery. Candidates must be technically inclined, detail oriented, willing to learn and work collaboratively with others. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus for can filling positions.
Positions and Shifts Available
- Day and Night Shift Machine Operators for Can Making operations - Entry, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
- Day and Night Shift Batching Operators for Can Filling operations - Entry, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
Day shifts from 6:00am – 6:00pm and Night shifts from 6:00pm – 6:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Includes 8 hours of Overtime built in to the rotation. Night shift receives a $2 shift differential.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with a minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Operator levels are dependent on training and/or experience.

For your safety, the noise level in some areas will require hearing protection and personal protective equipment (PPE) is always required when performing in a Machine Operator role while on the manufacturing floor: steel toe shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection. Food Safety PPE is also required when assigned to GMP areas.
Physical Demands
Involves extended periods of standing and walking, lifting and carrying materials, tools, and products, often requiring precise manual dexterity. Bending, stooping, and reaching may be necessary, along with tasks involving pushing and pulling. Physical endurance is essential to maintain consistent performance throughout shifts, which can include overtime hours. Effective eye-hand coordination is vital for operating machinery, and noise exposure necessitates the use of hearing protection. Additionally, the role requires wearing safety gear, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes, to ensure a safe working environment.
