SUMMARY
The Parts Inventory Clerk is responsible for the efficient management of parts and inventory within a maintenance or technical setting.
Shift:
Rotating 2-2-3 shift and overtime as needed
Day shifts are from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
Night shifts are from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distribution of parts when they are issued
- Keeping parts room clean and organized
- Assisting in cycle counts
- Assisting technicians and others to find the parts they need
- Kitting parts in totes to be used in preventative maintenance (PMs)
- Updating parts with detailed information in EAM
- Notifying Parts Coordinator of parts that have fallen below the minimum level in order to replenish stock

Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and
- 1 year related experience working in a similar role and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus regularly.
