- Perform a variety of tasks including vital sign assessment, medication administration, and wound care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Alaska or eligibility for licensure by endorsement
- Experience working in pediatric med surg environment
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work effectively in fast-paced environments
