In this Entry Level Business Manager role, you will collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales teams, engaging regularly with potential businesses and customers. The Entry Level Business Managers primary responsibilities will include conducting informative product and service presentations tailored to meet customer needs, building genuine relationships to enhance client loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction with AT&T.
Responsibilities for the Entry Level Business Manager:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of AT&T’s products and services, including new promotions, installation processes, and account support services.
- Engage with internal and external businesses and customers, delivering comprehensive product presentations aligned with their preferences.
- Develop relationships with business partners and customers to process sales orders for them and follow along with their installation to complete customer satisfaction
- Assist in order processing and meticulously document customer interactions in compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Cultivate authentic relationships with customers to foster client loyalty, driving increased retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service and account support by establishing rapport and trust.
- Utilize relationship-building techniques to identify new business opportunities and generate referrals.
