What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Supervisor - Youngstown (Monday - Friday, 8:00pm - 12:00am) position at Vocational Guidance Services?

- Schedule staff and assure adequate coverage for site duties
- Follow the daily job routine in the order it is outlined.
- Use the correct step by step procedure for each cleaning task.
- Follow manufacturer's recommendations for use of all cleaning solutions and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment.
- Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
- Maintain, order and issue supplies and equipment including inventory of needed supplies.
- Maintain all equipment, supplies, or supply rooms in and orderly fashion.
- Resolves workers' problems or refers matters to Area Manager.
- Submits requests for repair of equipment to Area Manager.
- Assist in performing duties of workers supervised.
- Ensure a level of cleanliness which meets the quality expectations of the customer.
- Always interact with fellow employees and public caretaker in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Contributes information for employees' annual reviews as requested.
- Performs and completes payroll as required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related experience and/or training preferred. Previous supervisor experience strongly preferred.

Ability to multi-task and strong communication skills are necessary to be successful.
