VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE SERVICES is looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and organization in our facilities.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
- Empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers, as well as ash trays and cigarette urns, while handling recycling materials.
- Sanitize bathrooms and refill restroom dispensers.
- Operate a power vacuum and maintain all equipment, supplies, and supply rooms in an orderly fashion.
- Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and inform the Account Manager of any malfunctions or unusual occurrences.
- Meet customer quality expectations and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass background checks as required by site.
