POSITION SUMMARY : Under the direction of the FTS Operations Manager, conducts safe, prompt and professional operation of the agency vehicle to ensure transportation services to individuals in the shelters and other departments accordance with agency policies and procedures.
POSITION DESCRIPTION :
- Operate agency vehicle to escort staff and clients to assigned destination for treatment services.
- Transport, pick up and deliver documents and materials to indicated or scheduled designations.
- Maintain a weekly schedule of driving assignments for Shelter sites.
- Must perform Pre / Post trip vehicles inspections and report findings to FTS Operations Manager.
- Conduct daily inspections for vehicle operation, safety and maintenance.
- Complete daily and weekly vehicle inspection reports
- Be prompt to resolve any potential operational, safety or maintenance problems with the vehicle.
- Maintain good working relationships with staff and clients in all departments.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Facilities, Transportation, Security, or the FTS Operations Manager or the Direct of Shelter.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Salary Description
18 per hour
