Job Summary:
Seva Kitchen & Bar, located at voco the Cadence, an IHG Hotel in Niagara Falls, New York, is seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry with a competitive compensation of $10 per hour plus tips, paid weekly. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality drinks and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take drink orders and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and individual requests
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and take steps to prevent overconsumption
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and work station
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and laws
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and a smooth operation of the bar
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
