What are the responsibilities and job description for the Doorman - Boutique Hotel position at voco | The Clair?
We’re looking to hire an energetic and outgoing doorman with outstanding customer service skills. You’ll need excellent communication skills to answer guest questions and to direct guests to local attractions and events. Your main duties include welcoming guests and guiding them to their destination, whether it be the front desk for check-in and out, parking garage, etc. Assist guests with directions. You’ll ensure that the entrance of the hotel is neat and free of debris and assist in the flow of guest traffic. Your attire will be provided by the hotel and will be required to be professional and neat (slacks and blazer). Comfortable yet professional-looking shoes are required so you can stand on your feet frequently throughout your shift.
