We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. As part of this role, you will be hired as a 1099 contractor, offering flexibility and autonomy while helping students with special needs succeed. You will work directly with students, providing individualized support and creating an inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide tailored instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with other school staff to promote inclusive classroom practices.
- Regularly assess student progress and make adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
- Communicate with parents about student progress and goals.
