Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Virtual Opportunity in California

Hourly Pay : $57 / hr| Flexible Full-Time & Part-Time | Remote

Contract Duration : January Spring 2025 (With Optional Extension)

Position Overview :

Pay Range : Hourly pay starting at $57 , based on experience
Schedule : Full-time and part-time options available
Location : 100% remote, with virtual therapy sessions
Caseload : Work with K-12 students of all ages and speech needs
Contract : Independent contractor (1099)

Responsibilities :

Virtual Speech Therapy : Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions, adjusting strategies for each student's unique needs.

Assessment & Evaluation : Conduct thorough virtual speech and language assessments to identify challenges and develop treatment plans.

Collaboration : Partner with parents, educators, and school staff to create and implement individualized plans to support students' success.

Behavioral Strategies : Design and implement effective strategies to address communication disorders and related behavioral challenges.

Qualifications :

Education : Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certification : ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), with eligibility for or an active California state license.

Experience : At least 2 years of experience, ideally in a school or pediatric environment.

Skills : Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and educational teams.

Technology : Comfortable using virtual platforms (Zoom, online tools, etc.) for assessments and therapy sessions.
