Online Occupational Therapist | Arizona Schools Contract Position
Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to work remotely with Arizona K-12 students for the 2024-2025 school year. This flexible independent contractor role allows you to make an impact without commuting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct online assessments and deliver customized therapy.
- Track progress, maintaining accurate service logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with school teams and families to support each students growth.
Position Details:
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Duration: Immediate start through May 2024
- Caseload: K-12
Qualifications:
- Arizona OT license
- Minimum of two years of school-based experience
- Competency in managing service logs
