Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to join our team in a full-time, remote role. The successful candidate will bring a solid background in school psychology, exceptional communication abilities, and a preference for bilingual skills (Spanish). In this role, you will collaborate with students, families, and educators to deliver comprehensive psychological services and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological assessments and evaluations to enhance student learning and well-being.
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and support to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
- Work with educators, parents, and other professionals to meet students' needs.
- Offer crisis intervention and support as required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of student progress and assessments.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid Arizona School Psychologist certification/licensure.
- At least 2 years of experience in a school psychology role.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Proficiency with virtual communication and assessment tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
