Special Education Case Manager - Remote
VocoVision is seeking an experienced Special Education Case Manager to conduct IEP Case Management in a fully remote setting.
Required Experience :
- IEP Case Management
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans and instructional programs.
- Provide ongoing and periodic evaluations of students progress and make recommendations concerning curriculum areas to be emphasized and required accommodations.
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with parents / caregivers and inform them of the students progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings.
