Position Overview:
- Employment Type: Full-time, Remote (Teletherapy)
- Hourly Rate: $50/hr
- Caseload: Work with K-12 students from various Maryland school districts
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to a diverse student population.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Use teletherapy tools and platforms to conduct therapy sessions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Licensure:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland.
- Maryland Educator Certification.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or school-based setting.
- Preferred: Previous teletherapy experience or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently as an independent contractor.
- Ability to pass a basic technology assessment.
- Professional liability insurance required.
