We are a full service emergency restoration company specializing in water, fire & mold remediation.A Water Mitigation Technician travels to damaged homes and / or businesses.As a Technician you will assist in the cleanup and restoration of water and / or mold damaged property.JOB DUTIES :
Set up, monitor, and move drying equipment.Removal of water and mold damaged building materialsDocument moisture meter readingsFollow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environmentBe professional and have a great attitudeProvide excellent customer servicePerform on-site production servicesLeave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearancePerform additional tasks as requiredService area of Metro PhiladelphiaQUALIFICATIONS :
Because we provide 24 hour emergency services, must be willing to share on call work as neededExperience in construction or restoration requiredMust have prior experience working in the water damage industry is a PLUSHave a valid driver license with a clean driving recordHave the ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions & drug screening processMust be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift / move up to 100 lbs.Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers, customers, and subcontractorsIICRC Certifications preferredXactimate knowledge is a plus.MICA / Dash experience highly preferred.Benefit Conditions :
