Cleaning and Restoration Technician Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning and Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computers, email, and portable devices to report and record daily activity
• Experience: 1-2 years of floor cleaning experience preferred; some form of specialty cleaning (e.g., stripping & waxing commercial space flooring, air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning) desired
• Certifications: Highly desirable certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), such as Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
