- Effectively perform Restoration services and Carpet & Floor Cleaning the company offers
- Ability to be on-call for emergency services
- Participate in the company's sales meetings and increase the average specialty cleaning ticket through upselling value-add products and services
- Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices.
- Communicate effectively with client's
- Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete work orders and daily logs.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Learn and master the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
- Hold self and others accountable to maintaining the company's standards of excellence
- Education and Experience : High school diploma (or GED).
- Computer Skills : Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Minimum 1 year of restoration and / or floor cleaning experience preferred, and / or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Commercial Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
- Highly Desired Certifications from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)

- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
