Reporting to franchise leadership and this role spans all area of the business from estimation, execution of work orders to resource and personnel management, sales and customer service. The Operations Manager will develop strategic plans to drive efficiency, while upholding strict compliance and safety standards.
With a focus on quality service delivery, the Operations Manager also performs in customer facing situations. Ideal candidates will have proven industry experience and relevant IICRC certifications.
