Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the restoration industry. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and building strong client relationships, with the goal of driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the restoration industry.
  • Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and building partnerships with insurance companies, contractors, and property managers.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess damages and provide accurate estimates for restoration services.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals or service agreements to potential clients.
  • Close sales and negotiate contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Customer Relations & Communication:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, insurance adjusters, and property managers.
  • Educate clients on the restoration process, timelines, and expectations to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, following up on projects to ensure client satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and the restoration project team, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
Insurance & Compliance Coordination:


  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure smooth processing of claims.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and claims process.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Collaboration & Reporting:


  • Work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure seamless execution of restoration projects.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports and weekly updates to management on progress and performance.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the restoration, construction, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals and driving new business.
  • Ability to assess damage and provide accurate estimates for restoration services.
  • Experience working with insurance adjusters and understanding the claims process is a plus.
  • Proficient in Xactimate, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Mold certification (IICRC AMRT or equivalent a plus)
