About the Role :
As a Project Manager , you will play a critical role in leading restoration and construction projects from start to finish. Youll ensure timely, cost-effective project completion while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee restoration projects from initial assessment to final completion
Ensure projects meet or exceed profitability targets
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
Develop project estimates, obtain contracts, and coordinate materials and resources
Supervise field teams and ensure efficient job execution
Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry standards
Track job progress, equipment use, and labor costs
Conduct property inspections and communicate effectively with stakeholders
What Were Looking For :
3-5 years of experience managing construction or restoration projects
Strong knowledge of building construction, remodeling, or mitigation processes
Proven leadership in supervising teams and delivering successful project outcomes
Experience with job costing, financial reporting, and budget management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software (Xactimate is a plus!)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
High school diploma / GED required; degree in construction management or business preferred
Driver's License (Preferred)
