Job Summary
Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead / Crew Chief to oversee the daily operations of our Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration crews. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Team Lead will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the Team Lead will work alongside the team in the field to provide leadership, maintain quality standards, and deliver excellent customer service.
