**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor on commercial and residential homes.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures.
- Follow instructions and plans provided by supervisor to complete tasks accurately.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the trade.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a skilled laborer in construction, maintenance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in construction and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Comfort working in various environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.
- Good vision and hand-eye coordination to operate tools safely.
