Our team is dedicated to delivering top-quality service to residential and commercial clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers, generating referrals for our restoration services. This role involves consistent outreach, networking, and relationship-building to expand our customer base and strengthen partnerships with existing clients throughout Ann Arbor and Southeast Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new referral sources and potential clients
  • Maintain and manage a structured sales route
  • Conduct sales calls and schedule meetings with target prospects
  • Secure commitments from referral partners leading to new business opportunities
  • Track sales activities and provide timely reports on progress
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers and referral partners through calls and in-person visits
  • Manage customer relationship data and records
  • Present to groups and organizations to drive awareness and business growth
  • Actively participate in trade associations, community organizations, and networking events


Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 4-6 years of experience in relationship-based sales, preferably with high-level executives
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and market differentiation
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships that drive revenue growth
  • Comfortable interpreting financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow
  • Strong math skills for estimating revenue potential and sales performance tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools
