What You’ll Do
As the Lead Water Damage & Carpet Cleaning Technician, you’ll take ownership of job sites, ensure high-quality results, and set the standard for customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide team members while managing the delivery of our core services.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading and executing water damage mitigation and carpet cleaning projects
- Setting up, monitoring, and maintaining restoration equipment
- Overseeing project timelines, documentation, and team productivity
- Communicating clearly with customers and resolving on-site concerns
- Training and mentoring new technicians to uphold company standards
- Performing quality control checks on all completed work
- Keeping vehicles stocked, equipment clean, and tools in excellent condition
- Completing job logs and reports accurately and on time
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in water mitigation, carpet cleaning, or related services
- Industry certifications preferred (IICRC certifications a plus)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer skills for tracking and reporting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
