Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication.
- Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to optimize inventory management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of home restoration experience
- WRT or IICRC certification
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
