Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning and restoration of properties affected by water damage, fire, or mold.
- Utilize appropriate techniques for mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and fire restoration.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform restoration tasks.
- Assess damage and determine the best course of action for restoration.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the scope of work and progress.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all cleaning operations.
- Document work performed and report any additional issues observed during the cleaning process.
Skills
- Experience in mold remediation, fire restoration, water damage restoration, or asbestos abatement is preferred.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the restoration industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Certifications (Preferred): CCT, OSHA 30.
